SGTJ180 railway bridge erecting machine is used for erecting the pre-stressed reinforced concrete girders spanning 32m and below,T type girders (2201,2101 and 2103 types)for passenger- freight railway of 200km/h to be built or transformed and for laying track panels in railways.This machine is of single arm simple support type,capable of erecting girder pieces with a maximum span of 32m.Its rated lifting capacity is 180t.Besides,it can erect girders on a curved track,erect girders by changing spans and erect girders at the tunnel entrance and exit. The girder piece can be transversely moved by full amplitude (single/double track)and located in place by one time.This machine has an edge over other conventional bridge erecting machines in railway bridge engineering.
